The Industry Hills Pro Rodeo is one of the major California events on the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association’s (PRCA) National Rodeo Circuit. With a total purse (prize money) for the two-day rodeo of over $43,000 and the opportunity to earn points toward qualifying for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (WNFR) in Las Vegas, the event attracted professional cowboys from around the country. Stock for the event was provided by Flying U Rodeo Co.

Proceeds from the Rodeo went to the Gabriel Foundation, which benefits young people in the San Gabriel Valley who are mentally challenged, physically handicapped or come from disadvantaged or abusive homes. The Industry Hills Pro Rodeo is the Foundation's annual fundraiser and in its 22 years, the Rodeo has contributed $1,313,000. Over $163,000 was donated this year from moneys earned during the 2006 Rodeo.
